To provide our services, Hoppifi may request information such as name, email address and data needed to process a purchase or provide support.

2. Use of information

The information may be used to:

• process requests and purchases;
• deliver information related to an eSIM;
• provide support;
• send service-related communications;
• improve the Hoppifi user experience.
• Generate aggregate, anonymous usage statistics (for example, the most-searched destinations) that do not identify you.

3. Payment information

When real payments are implemented, they must be processed through secure payment providers. Hoppifi must not directly store complete bank card information.

4. Service providers

Certain data may be processed by providers necessary to deliver the service, such as payment platforms, eSIM providers, email services or technology infrastructure.

With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, to measure site traffic, and from Meta (Meta Pixel), to measure the results of our ads, for example when a visit ends in a purchase and for what amount. You can accept or reject them in the cookie notice; if you reject them, they are not loaded.

Hoppifi will implement reasonable measures to protect the information used by the platform.

6. User rights

Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their data in accordance with applicable law and the contact mechanisms published by Hoppifi.

This notice may be updated as Hoppifi's services evolve.
